You can’t shout at me like that all the time! – Then put on your hearing aid!
An interactive performance about the love for one’s own mothers and the fear of loss, decay and future poverty. An evening between cross-trainers, Albrecht Dürer and mourning – with karaoke, gymnastics and 80s pop music.
Michaela Caspar and Peter Marty know each other from their long-standing collaboration with the theatre collective Possible World. The experience they both have of caring for their mothers is intense. Their environment reacts to the caring situation with unease, incomprehension and disapproval. A strange silence develops. Michaela and Peter bring “Sterben 1,2,3: Hopp!” to the stage in order to open up the perspective on home care, to change it and to create a place for exchange. www.possibleworld.eu
