Katt and Fredda live together in perfect harmony in their little world: a sofa for me, a sofa for you. Peaceful. Undisturbed. That’s how one of them likes it, and she’s content. The other, however, is waiting. For something new. Something exciting. Sooner or later, this tension has to be released. And that’s exactly what happens when Miranda suddenly turns up and throws their beloved order into complete disarray. The visitor turns out to be a charming synthetic parasite and calculatingly plays Katt and Fredda off against each other. Things become uncomfortable. For all three of them. And in the end, none of them gets what they want. The momentum.kollektiv was founded in Berlin in 2025. The ensemble performs contemporary theatre combined with musical elements. In doing so, it places particular emphasis on the significance of the moment. With everything we bring with us – what we believe, hope, fear, desire, think we know, negotiate – what do we allow in the moment of an encounter? What is permitted to emerge in that moment? Within and between us?
