Apricot Productions ROOTED: Pitch & Perform Festival 2025

From 1.-7. of July 2025, Apricot Productions has curated and produced workshops, performances, pitches & parties for their “beloved” Berlin through their Rooted Series: Pitch & Perform Festival

For two days, Rooted invites Berliners to join in on a full day of pay what you can workshops, pitches & 2 ticketed triple bills at LAKE Studios Berlin, followed by one last triple bill ticketed performance at Acker Stadt Palast. Before that, there are events taking place online covering topics on career development in the arts led by Apricot Productions & Guest webinar leads, OFEN Co-Arts (The Dancer’s Handbook).

The full program features both local and international guest performers presenting different stages of their work, some polished while others, fresh from the diary. There will even be some glitter to be found at the opening party, hosted at the Wein Salon, and some music to be heard by guest DJ st3v at the closing party hosted by our friends at Saligari – a convenient stop on your way back to central Berlin, after the performances at LAKE. This festival is about community, dance & enjoying time with each other!

To technical deconstructions of modern dance studies and visceral choreography by guest artist, Lindy Fines, artistic director of NYC-based company GREYZONE. To practice & process of rebirth and letting go with guest artist, Rhiannon Morgan, based in Luxembourg, and a final ritual-performance/video installation, meant to showcase the body and surrender the soul by duo ATŌMI & Anthony Nakhlé to close the entire Rooted: Pitch & Perform Festival!
