Beyond the Surface: The Body as Trace and Territory

Through photography, collage, installation and performance, Alice Brunello Luise and Giorgia Bovo transform the exhibition space into a meeting point between the visible and the invisible. At the centre of their work is the body, not as an object to be observed, but as a place of experience, expression and transformation. The body becomes a way of understanding the world, carrying memories, emotions, pain and experiences that are not always visible.

Alice Brunello Luise’s visual works enter into a dialogue with Giorgia Bovo’s choreography, bringing image and movement into a shared space. The audience is invited not simply to observe, but to experience: to feel tension, vulnerability and presence, and to make space for what usually remains unseen.
