An Dich is a solo Butoh piece by Mao, and will be presented as Programme Ⅸ of 4RUDE’s 20th anniversary project.

She is slightly restless. She has spent her life doing only what she loved.
No great success.
No great failure. And yet, something stirs deep in her stomach. Because death is drawing near?
 Or because she still has not managed to die?
A light too bright.
 Clouded darkness.
Everyday life slipping further away. To die on stage.
