Closeness 

The starting point for performance is the question: when you’re involved into a relationship, are you actually with the person or only with the idea that you have about your partner? The poetic images show how relationships distort under the influence of time. A man is confronted with the image of "masculinity" that woman had created. The performance "Closeness" is a result of the cooperation between the dancers of Dance Theatre Zawirowania and Slovak choreographer Tomáš Nepšinský.

Led by João Cidade during the two residencies, in Warsaw and in Berlin – collaboration of Zawirowania Dance Theatre (Elwira Piorun, Karolina Kroczak, Szymon Osiński, Bartek Figurski, Karolina Rychlik) and Revolver Dance Theatre (Davide Troiani, Edith Buttingsrud Pedersen, Roberta Ricci, Christina Reinhardt, Risa Kojima).
